Pixamba is integrated with PayPal, so you do not have to leave us your credit card details or other sensitive financial info. Free accounts do not require PayPal.I forgot my member name / password! What I should do now?

You can do that through 'My Account' menu. Note that if you do that all data in your account will be permanently deleted. Cancel your account only if you are willing to delete all your data stored with us.How does the 30-day free trial work?
If you choose to cancel an active plan within 30 days of sign up you will not be charged at all. In cases where you cancel your account after 30 days of use you will be responsible only for charges already incurred up until your cancellation date. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.Do I still get a 30-day free trial if I upgrade?
When you upgrade from a free account to a paid-for account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paying plans only applies if you sign up for a paying plan now. You can always downgrade later if you so choose.Can I change my plan at any time?
Of course you can. Just go to “My Account” and select Change Subscription. You’ll see your options there.Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No, Pixamba is a pay-as-you-go service. There’s no need for long term contracts or commitment on your part - you just pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.Are there any additional fees?
No. The prices you see above are all inclusive.What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept PayPal payments, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and all the major credit cards through PayPal. At this time we only accept payments online so we will not be able to accept a P.O., invoice you, or take an order over the phone.What web browsers work with Pixamba?

Of course you can. All popular video codecs are supported.What is the best way to upload my existing media archive?
Pixamba offers multiple ways to upload your imagery. The best way for media uploading would be by using a standard FTP/SFTP client, such as Filezilla. Pixamba supports secure FTP protocol (SFTP), so your uploads are save and secure. Login and go to Upload page for further SFTP upload instructions.Where is my data stored? Is my data secure with Pixamba?
Pixamba cloud-computing system utilizes Amazon Web Services™. All data is fully secured and stored at Amazon Data Centers in the USA and is physically and electronically secured by Amazon. Yes it is. All files transfer options include secure encrypted files transfer over SFTP or HTTPS.How do I get one of my images once my image library is uploaded on Pixamba?
Just click 'Download' button and you will instantly get any selected image or a group of images.How long it takes to upload all my images to my Pixamba account?
The Pixamba platform enables extremely fast uploading cycle, and exact uploading-time depends on the size of your imagery archive and on the speed of the communication line you use. It can be anything between a couple of hours up to a few weeks.If I license a new media item from an online resource, how I can get it in my Pixamba account?
If you purchase such an image while you are logged in your Pixamba account you do not have to worry. Pixamba will deliver this image to your Pixamba online archive along with the image rights and other metadata, so won't waste your time uploading and tagging them. The image becomes immediately available and searchable. This service is free and is available for selected Pixamba Content Partners. If you purchase an image not from Pixamba Content Partners you will have to upload it to your Pixamba account and tag it with proper keywords, optionally adding licensing rights and other metadata. Note, that in the latest case Pixamba Watcher helps to automate tedious uploading process.Can I find media by the purchased license?
Yes you can. Pixamba allows you to specify and search various licenses and usage rights associated with a media item, including Royalty Free with Commercial and Extended licenses, Rights Managed, Creative Commons and moreCan I attach files to media items archived with Pixamba?
Yes you can.How I can track the usage of a media item in various projects?
You have multiple options to do that, including assigning your assets to specific companies and projects and writing the usage notes, associated with that asset.Does the Pixamba Service affect uploaded media? If I download my asset, will it be different from the uploaded copy?
No. Pixamba never touches the uploaded assets and you download exactly the file you have uploaded.Who does the tagging? Should I add keywords and metadata to all my images uploaded to Pixamba?
